Product Returns
Eligible Returns:
You may request a return if:
The item was damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or opened products.
Items without original packaging or invoice.
Discounted or clearance items (unless defective).
Return Window:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Process:
Contact us via email at contact@caracedetailing.com with:
Order ID
Reason for return
Supporting images (if item is damaged/defective)
Our team will approve your return and share return instructions.
Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund or replacement.
Return Shipping:
If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we cover return shipping.
In other cases, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, Credit Card, etc.)
You’ll be notified via email when the refund is processed.
Service Cancellation & Refunds (Car Detailing Appointments)
Cancellation:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for a full refund.
Refund for Services:
If canceled within the allowed window, a full refund will be processed.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur partial or full charges.
